The individual with a disability and their family want to participate. A little creativity can provide a host of options for people to experience belonging in a community.
Ministry BY individuals with disability
Is ministry only reserved for the able-bodied? The Apostle Paul says, “NO.” How might God be glorified and your community be blessed through the ministry of someone with a disability?
Ministry TO individuals with disability
This is where most Christian ministry finds itself today. There is no relationship in ministering to someone. There is rarely a sense of loss when that person is not present. This may be where ministry begins but it is not the goal.
